Preparation

Break each disc of carasau bread into 4 parts and reassemble them, overlapping them, on a serving plate, so as to have the portions already ready. Clean the chillies, cut them in half, lengthwise, sauté them in a pan for a few minutes with a drizzle of oil, add salt and pepper and keep them warm.
