80 g of stracchino cheese (or burrata cheese or mozzarella cheese if you prefer)
3 large slices of very sweet raw ham, cut thin
1 beef heart tomato
6-7 leaf of basil
Carasau bread
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar glaze

Ingredients

80 g of stracchino cheese (or burrata cheese or mozzarella cheese if you prefer)
3 large slices of very sweet raw ham, cut thin
1 beef heart tomato
6-7 leaf of basil
Carasau bread
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar glaze

Preparation

Cut the tomato into thin slices, after washing and drying it. If you can't find beef heart you can opt for the simpler salad tomatoes. Wash and dry the basil leaves.
Break the carasau bread into 3 discs of approximately 18-20 cm in diameter.
Place the first disc on the plate, then arrange the tomato, a drizzle of EVO oil, the raw ham, the shredded stracchino and the basil.
Repeat 3 times, finishing the ingredients.
Complete with the balsamic vinegar glaze and more EVO oil.
